The standard size will fit heads approx 22- 23.5 inches, but if you want me to make a larger or smaller one, please add a measurement when ordering. Or message me your size.

A truely stunning faux fur. When you give the hat a shake the fur stands out quite spectacularly!
All hats are made using the best quality faux furs and are lined with cosy polar fleece. They are approx 5.5 inches deep. The longer fur does look more than 5.5 inches due to the length of the pile. They will generally fit heads from approx 21.5 inches to 23 inches.

RETURNS: You can return any item for whatever reason, no worries at all. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations I will refund the cost of the item purchased but cannot refund any postage costs, unless I sent the wrong item, or it is faulty.

Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

My hat is lovely. It is beautifully crated and oh, so warm. I have worn it in bitter cold temperatures & my head remains warm. The faux fur is gorgeous & looks and feels real. The fleece lining is of very high quality. If I could make one adjustment to the hat it would be for it to be about 1/4" longer in length. It does not cover all of my ear lobes & the bottom of my ears remain cold, I am finding that the hat it stretching a bit if I pull it down & this may resolve the problem. I am off to look at more hats from Melanie Millinery. She is an artist. I love my hat!
