The added bonus with my hats is that the polar fleece lining is water resistant, so great if caught in a downpour!

Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

Absolutely love this hat! It's such a stunning piece and the quality is amazing. The inside has a nice fleece lining so it's super thick and warm Unfortunately I didn't realise I had such a small head so the hat is too big for me (the size rather than the fit). Gutted!!
