Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

My daughter is going to love this hat. The color is bright and beautiful. It is well made and shipped out quickly. Also, it was well packaged. This merchant has lovely merchandise.

Product was mediocre, shipping was trash and customer service was difficult, bad at communicating and didn’t give me tracking number or shipping consumer when I asked for it.
