Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

Superb quality! Looked exactly as pictured, really beautiful. Super fast shipping too! Unfortunately was way too large despite measuring so had to return it, but the seller had excellent communication, was very helpful and accommodating!
