Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

This is the second hat I have bought from this seller and I'm sure I'll be back again! Beautifully made and so well priced these hats are perfect for everyday wear.
