Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

Absolutely love this fur. I was worried it would look cheap and tacky but not at all. Really good quality and always get good comments. Just what I needed in the freezing cold this winter 🥶
