Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

I am going to repeat my praise for this artist. I have purchased 28 of these amazing hats. The fabric and lining are the best quality. The fit and feel could not be any more perfect. The workmanship and details are flawless. I wear these every day. They are easy to care for. The ones I have worn for years look new. This Lady will respond quickly to messages, and requests. She has done several requests for me. I will continue to purchase. I am a hat lover and collector. I do not have a picture with the hat in the listing. I will post a picture with another one of my hats from this artist.
